Amy Peretz is the co-owner of Grill Point and has been managing the restaurant for over 10 years. She oversees both kitchen and operations, ensuring consistency in every detail. Her goal is to keep each dish true to the original flavors that made Grill Point famous.
From signature shawarma to handmade salads, Amy insists on quality. She chooses the best meats and fresh vegetables, with spices and pita flown in from Israel. Every dish is Glatt Kosher and reflects real Middle Eastern Jewish traditions — always authentic, always flavorful.
